The BMW motorcycle Club of Colorado was born of a passion for BMW motorcycles. We're dedicated riding, adventure and camaraderie. Come join us for dinner, riding or some social time with other members and an interesting speaker.
We are very grateful for our talented and dedicated Board Members and Officers. Their dedication to riding, adventure and camaraderie keep it fun for all of us!
Originally from North Carolina, I’ve been a resident of Colorado since the late 70’s, with no plans to ever leave! I was introduced to motorcycling as a kid, starting on a Honda Mini Trail 50. I’ve ridden dirt bikes, enduros, sport bikes…and BMWs for the past 5 years. (2018 R1200GS Rallye and 2019 R1200 RT) I love people, music, and riding in this amazing part of the Western US.
Eric has a long history with bikes, going back to 3 HP Briggs & Stratton powered mini bikes in the 70’s and tens of thousands of miles on road and mountain bikes including expedition leader for a mountain bike ride across the Himalaya (Nepal to Tibet). In 2015 he completed the BMW Off Road Riding Academy with 300 miles experience on a used f650GS. Besides bikes, fly fishing and skiing are some of his outdoor passions.
John is originally from Hawaii and has been living in Colorado since 2005. He’s been a member of the club since 2011, after he got back into riding after a 20-year hiatus and purchased a 2004 R1150RT. The riding bug really bit him when he bought a GS and started riding off road. John has ridden many, many miles and days crisscrossing the country and going down south over the border to Mexico six times.
Through the club and riding, he’s made numerous everlasting friendships and great memories along the way. His favorite quote is one by his friend; Goodwill, friendship, and riding does not stop at the border.
Currently, John has five bikes in his stable, the R1150RT, R1200RT, R1200GSA, Honda Nighthawk 650 and the Yamaha WR250R.

Chuck spent a lot of time in Colorado over the years doing photography and exploring the ghost towns and mining areas in various 4 wheelers. Chuck had a KTM 1290 Super Adventure and now has a Honda Africa Twin. Chuck spent many years doing web development and computer systems.

joined the BMW club a couple of years back after stalking them and finally
joining some rides. After owning a number of bikes, I settled on the BMW GS – it suits my ride style, its comfortable and my BMW friends like it.
